We provide a platform for small and midsized real estate-related companies to showcase their services and products to owner/operators and other vendors and ultimately manage the relationships with their customers for the entire engagement lifecycle from bidding through final invoicing.
CRE Resource
CRE Resource is a subsidiary of CRE Vertical Partners. We designed CRE Resource to be a one-stop shop for owners and operators of investment properties by providing access to education, information, and service providers across the real estate industry. A fundamental mission of Resource is to level the playing field by allowing smaller and midsized companies to showcase their value and experience through branded campaigns within the CRE Resource Platform, including informative videos/interviews, podcasts, webpages, and general listings of services. The platform will provide a matching and bidding service to bring together operators and vendors. Providers and their clients will manage bids and awarded contracts in the cloud with outside consultants (attorneys, insurance companies, accountants) having access to review and sign off on documents. Vendors benefit from marketing their services/products and using the same service to find subcontractors and service providers they may need. Operators benefit from finding and vetting all of their vendors through one platform, especially smaller and mid-sized vendors who do not have the resources to promote their services and expertise.
