*If we serve as the Asset Manager or are otherwise involved in setting the strategy for the property/portfolio, we will also provide Property Management services for select clients. Property Management is the boots on the ground component of the overall asset management strategy, including tenant relations, lease management, property accounting, maintenance, and other day-to-day oversight. Instituting best practices that are aligned with the overall strategy will put ownership in the best position for success.

We understand the systems involved in running a real estate investment company or an operating firm with property holdings. Clear objectives and execution are critical, whether you own one property, ten properties or fifty. However, not every portfolio can justify the overhead expenses and processes to support a full-time staff, especially one with decades of experience.
Our Fractional Services help to address this issue – by providing a high level of service at significant savings (and reduced headaches) when compared to carrying full time staff. Given the uniqueness of each company, we work with our clients to review their current operations and design and implement a scope of services as an Outsourced Member of their team, helping to fill the gaps.
If you are a syndicator under special circumstances, we can also provide this infrastructure support as part of our Co-GP Platform.
